Job Description Summary: 

Zllius Inc.  is seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic Program Manager to join a growing team and work passionately selling temporary staffing and consulting services in the Information Technology and Engineering space.  

A strong candidate must demonstrate the ability to create the leads with clients to get the projects and build strong ties with 100% result oriented. The ideal candidate would understand research methodologies commonly utilized and be able to design a research methodology with limited client input. 

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Support and participate in complex initiatives and all activities in a project/program life cycle such as initiation, planning, executing, controlling, and closing associated with projects/programs. 
  • Own and execute core PM processes. Drive individual workstreams. Continually improve the process, and educate PM team and stakeholders on process requirements and enhancements. 
  • Drive program risk/assumptions/issues/dependency and change management. Maintain program level risk/issue log. Ensure timely issue identification, escalation of risks, and actionable remediation solutions; proactively review plan content and changes to aid in identification, impact analysis and mitigation of risks and issues. 
  • Lead the execution of defined PM processes for program/project. 
  • Support dependency identification and management. 
  • Develop progress dashboards at executive level based on analysis of plans and risk. 
  • Control changes and ensure clarity pertaining to milestones. 
  • Subject matter expert on planning and execution timelines. 
  • Provide situational updates to PMs to ensure program goals are met.
  • Manage critical program documentation including governance charts, charters, RASCI charts, communication plans, and metrics.
  • Leverage company PM tools to support effective program delivery; educate PM teams and stakeholders on use of PM tools.
  • Ensure compliance with company’s project policies and standards and maintain compliance repositories.
  • Support, challenge and drive program-level progress and status reporting process.
  • Develop progress dashboards at executive level based on analysis of plans and risk.
  • Own and create reporting cadence to align with management reporting and meeting deliverables.
  • Review status reports submitted for relevancy, correctness, and provide challenge to content with the submitter to enable quality reporting.
  • Analyze documentation, data and metrics provided to identify risk, performance and quality issues and significant variances and trends and develop reports for senior management. 
  • Generate metrics as needed (e.g., plans and reporting) reporting to demonstrate progress against objectives. 
  • Assist in the documentation of meetings and in the tracking and timely resolution of outcomes and follow-up actions. 
  • Increase the value proposition of PM Advisory and Execution engagements: 
  • Drive accountability and engagement. 
  • Provide transparency by interfacing with different groups outside of PMAE for the gathering and sharing of information. 
  • Maintain alignment to the approved engagement strategy. 
  • Execute active risk management with complete impact assessments and actionable mitigation plans. Forecast and make risk actionable for our stakeholders. 
  • Own data quality and ensures output is in alignment with controls environment. 
  • Escalate appropriately, completely and with solution options. 
  • Maintain compliance with PM procedures.
  • Proactively and appropriately offer 3rd party objectivity and challenge to plans, strategy, timelines, and risk. 
  • Ability to prioritize as needed while handling multiple time sensitive projects in a fast-paced environment. 

Experience & Knowledge:

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in supporting complex projects through the full project lifecycle, from conception through rollout and ongoing support. 
  • 2+ years of experience applying a structured approach (methodology) to the successful management, tracking, planning, monitoring and reporting of concurrent, multiple financial services projects spanning broad geographies and organizations. 
  • Professional experience in a large corporation. Prefer experience in a business office or similar capacity. 
  • Technical proficiency in MS Project, Word, and PowerPoint required. 
  • Must have advanced MS Excel skills, including macros, pivot tables, Vlookup, etc.
  • Experience with enterprise program management tools.
  • Prefer PMP (or desire to acquire PMP); finance or accounting experience.

Education:

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems or Management Information Systems or related field

Work Location & Physical Requirements:

  • This position primarily works in an office environment. It requires frequent sitting, standing and walking. Daily use of a computer and other computing and digital devices is required. May stand for extended periods when facilitating meetings or walking in the facilities.
  • The physical demands of the position described herein are essential functions of the job and employees must be able to successfully perform these tasks for extended periods.
