Job Description Summary:

Zllius Inc.  is seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic Solution Architect to join a growing team and work passionately staffing and consulting services in the Information Technology and Engineering space.  

A strong candidate must demonstrate the ability to create the leads with clients to get the projects and build strong ties with 100% result oriented. The ideal candidate would understand research methodologies commonly utilized and be able to design a research methodology with limited client input.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-user support in post-deployment phases; assess and evaluate all feedback to ensure that the requirements necessary to correct issues are addressed. 
  • Gather and document functional requirements from clients and users 
  • Develop and document specifications from functional requirements and existing systems 
  • Determine project scope and prepare written documentation 
  • Interface directly with clients 
  • Collaborate with product managers, software developers, analysts, business officers, and other groups as required 
  • Propose solutions to meet clients’ needs and serve as industry experts to our clients 
  • Deliver compelling presentations to clients and prospects that include sophisticated technical demonstrations that meet the scope and functionality to ensure that all success criteria are delivered, and product differentiation are included 
  • Demonstrated experience writing, reviewing, testing in software languages 
  • Proven experience in development, management and reporting agile, waterfall, hybrid deployment strategies 
  • Assist in the production of RFP’s and other proposals to clients 
  • Designing databases and ensuring their stability, reliability and performance 
  • Test solutions to validate whether requirements have been met; develop test plans, test scripts, and test conditions based on business and system requirements. 
  • Writing and troubleshooting Stored Procedures 
  • Design and implementing enterprise data models (conceptual, logical and physical)

Experience & Knowledge:

  • Six Sigma Greenbelt and Project Management (PMI/PMP) certification preferred 
  • Proven track-record of developing staff and driving business unit performance 
  • Proven understanding of business drivers 
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to persuade, negotiate and resolve conflicts 
  • Excellent attention to detail 
  • Advanced project management skills 
  • Experience demonstrating and strong understanding of SaaS solutions 
  • Strong presentation and verbal communication skills 
  • Excellent attitude and motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently. 
  • Ability to understand complex data relationships and rules-based systems 
  • Thorough knowledge of technology tools, languages and programs 
  • Up to date knowledge of project software to include MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access) 
  • Minimum of two to five years of relevant experience in supporting highly complex database engineering projects using advanced knowledge of database engineering and administration. 
  • Solid understanding of the software development process, including requirement gathering, analysis/design, development tools/technologies, release/version control, contemporary testing methodologies, and deployment management. 
  • Relevant experience with ITIL and SDLC 
  • Knowledge of scheduling software (i.e. Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Deltek Open Plan) 
  • BIM experience

Education:

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems or Management Information Systems or related field

Work Location & Physical Requirements: 

  • This position primarily works in an office environment. It requires frequent sitting, standing and walking. Daily use of a computer and other computing and digital devices is required. May stand for extended periods when facilitating meetings or walking in the facilities.
  • The physical demands of the position described herein are essential functions of the job and employees must be able to successfully perform these tasks for extended periods.
