Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our team. Duties

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and courtesy
• Assist clients in selecting products or services that meet their needs
• Conduct outbound calls to follow up with prospects and existing customers
• Enter data into CRM systems with high accuracy and efficiency
• Provide support for customer issues, complaints, and product information requests
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and transactions using Microsoft Office tools and other software
• Promote products or services to increase sales opportunities
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships
• Adhere to company policies regarding call etiquette, confidentiality, and data security

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service, sales, or call center roles preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and basic computer skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with data entry and typing accuracy required
• Knowledge of outbound calling techniques and call center operations is desirable
• Strong analysis skills for understanding customer needs and providing suitable solutions
• Demonstrated phone etiquette and professionalism during interactions with clients
• Education in high school or higher in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
